Company Profile

Designed Mouldings was established in 1976 with the aim of servicing primarily the pharmaceutical industry with quality injection moulded components at internationally competitive prices.  

Today this philosophy of quality service and competitive pricing continues to be the driving force of our business policy and vision and has regularly been recognised both locally and internationally with many prestigious awards being received for sustained excellence and preferred supplier status (see Customer Recognition).

Our 2000m² air-conditioned plant is located in the Southern Metropolitan area of Sydney Australia and was purpose built in 1992 for the manufacture of plastic injection moulded articles.  Currently home to 20 injection moulding machines ranging in tonnage from 35 - 300 tonne we have capability to mould single or multi-piece articles ranging from 1  to 400 grams and specialise in production of: 

• innovative food contact closures and closures used for cosmetic and medical applications

• multi-piece caps and closures

• automated assembly of multi-piece caps and closures

• automated /high level inspection/checking and verification of product intended for use on high speed lines
